Vishakhapatnam a distric of  Andhra Pradesh state, INDIA is a beautiful place for spending time like vacation ya its a bit hotter atmosphere as it is situated in the south part of tha India but its absolutely cool if you go at Winter season. The beach are awesome I have completed my 3years of GNM in Visakhapatnam and I enjoy a lot with my juniors and friends.

A 52 years old person called Mr.Bidhayak Roy has done angiography from Fortis hospital 7days ago at Guwahati came to our hospital for agioplasty.
Its going to be a interesting case if I got chance I will take some photo i will try to post in this blog if the patient doesnt have any problam in that.

Sunday yaaaai.....!! But I am going to die in boring planning to have some drinks.
My friend will be soon arrived with the drinks. Hate this sunday  better to go for duty.

After my duty was over me with some of my colleagues went for a function organized by some malayalies in the park circus.

poor prognosis

A 75 years old lady admitted in I.C.U. complaint of chest pain. Doctor advised for angio as fast as possible.
Aftr the angio the doctors declare as severe tripple vessel disease.
As to relieve the symptoms doctor dicided to do angioplasty on the right  coronary artery which is 100% occluded. After the PTCA wire has pass the patient got sudden hypotention and bradycardia. Patient goes under ventilation. The case is not further done. Patient is in severe condition.
Hope if she came 2/3 montha earlier may be thw outcome will be favorable..

   Sucessfull cathlab scrub nurse

Hi, my name is Ramananda and I am a cathlab scrub nurse in one of the multi specialty  hospital in kolktata. I have been working in cathlab only for 2 years when I first join in cathlab I was little nervous and i was a fresh nurse too just completed my diploma course of nursing. That was the worse time ever I had experiance so far. I use to get lot of scolding and blaming from my seniors and docters too.

   Even doctors never wanted me to assist in any kind of procedures even though I never quite I use to train myself practically and mentally too. Non of my senior never teach  me properly. I use to ask and search for my doubt everywhere. 

Now everyone want me to assist even doctors want only me to assist in their procedures. I think that what I wanted when I use to get scoldings and everything what they have done to me.

So if you wanted to be a cathlab nurse you must be patent and wilfull. And keep  practicing yourself  get help from seniors if possible. Be creative and keep cool mind.
